In addition to our fourteen (14) days No Questions Asked Guarantee for direct online purchases from Radiator, we also guarantee everything we sell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under our “Fair Claim” warranty. We know the difference between use and abuse and we are prepared to stand by our products. If something happens that shouldn’t happen – we’ll fix it.
We understand that everyone is different and that we all use and care for our equipment in different ways. Someone who uses their gear several times every week might be satisfied with a typical six month warranty, while someone who only gets in the water occasionally can reasonably expect his equipment to last much longer than the duration of a standard warranty, and we agree.
We know how important it is to be able to rely on your gear and we have total confidence in what we produce. If we think it is Fair and Reasonable to replace or repair your suit, then that's what we will do. If you take good care of your gear and don't abuse it, then you deserve to be taken care of as well.
While we are generous with our Fair Claim warranty we DON’T believe the following examples to be reasonable requests:
- Your dog eats it. Beware for some reason dogs love to chew nice stretchy rubber wetsuits. They must like to pretend it’s fighting back or something. So keep it out of the mutt’s reach and don’t blame us if you don’t.
- You get dragged across a gnarly reef which rips your suits and your body up. Sorry but that isn't our fault.
- Look after your suits but don’t put in the washing machine. It easy to get tangled and torn in there. Wash it by hand.
- If you use your suits a number of times week for several hours each session, and your suits just wears out. Sorry, that’s wear and tear and is NOT covered.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of what we don’t believe to be Fair and Reasonable. If you have a legitimate request and we think it’s fair and reasonable, you can be assured that we’ll fix it. We have no hesitation in standing by our products we hope you appreciate how much importance we place on that but at the same time understand that the final warranty decision on whether it’s a Fair Claim request is up to Radiator.
The warranty ONLY applies to products bought directly from us or from an Authorised dealer. Second-hand purchases, or E-Bay purchases (and the like) are not covered under warranty, even if the products were listed as “new” or appear to be sold via a shop.

Cancellations Policy
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours, however, if the goods have already been shipped, you will be liable for them until they are returned to us as outlined in our Return Policy. We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability). If you wish to cancel an order which has already been processed and shipped, you will need to return the goods when they arrive.
Returning Merchandise
In order to return an item, you will need to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) in advance. The RAN should be clearly labelled on the outside of the package when it is returned. Radiator is not liable for loss of items returned without an RAN in advance. All merchandise with an RAN must be shipped back to Radiator within 14 days of the date that the RAN was issued (you may ship by any method you choose). Please retain your shipping confirmation for proof of shipping until you have received a refund or exchange from Radiator for the returned product. Any return that is not shipped within 14 days of receiving the RAN will be null and void.
To get RAN #, follow these instructions:
- Email Radiator’s customer service at customerservice@radiator.net or phone 1300 19 58 33
- Secure your equipment inside the original shipping box if possible or use similar packaging materials and make every effort to ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping.
- Write your RAN number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address. For example, “RMA 1140.”

How to treat your Radiator wetsuit
Radiator wetsuits are made with the finest materials and workmanship. To ensure you get the most enjoyment out of your Radiator product please:
DO
- Take care getting into and out of your suit.
- Rinse your suit with fresh water after use and hang to dry out of direct sunlight on a broad hanger.
- Hand wash only
- Avoid contact with sharp and abrasive surfaces at all times.
DON'T
- Don’t be in too much of a hurry to get it on or off and place excessive strain on seams
- Don’t wash with chemicals. (Mild detergent or wetsuit wash is OK)
- Don’t iron it (really!)
- Don’t leave it wet and damp in the boot of your car for a week
- Don’t leave it where your dog can chew it or your mates can steal it – you have been warned!
